Are these patterns usable in CS5? This is my first time trying to install patterns. How do I do it? :(

yes, they work with ps cs5(I'm using that).
There are a lot of tutorial that explain how to install them.
I'm sorry but I can't show you the correct way because I have ps into my language, and so I can't give you the correct translations ^^"

I'll probably be using them a lot...giving you credit of course, just wanted to warn you, because these are so very useful when I get to the end of what I'm doing and realize that most of my stuff blends into the background. XD It adds a wonderful contrast! So, thank you again for making them.
